4. Prohibited Items

The following items cannot be carried through our network:

5. Collection and Delivery

Pallet deliveries are made to a kerbside location only. Our drivers will not enter premises to collect or deliver your pallet. Deliveries are made to ground-level, accessible locations on solid, flat surfaces suitable for pump truck operation.

We cannot collect or deliver on steep inclines, gravel driveways, or locations requiring a two-man lift unless specifically agreed and charged accordingly.

6. Tail Lift Requirements

If you require a tail lift at the collection or delivery address, you must select a tail-lift vehicle option at the time of booking. Failure to do so may result in your collection or delivery being unable to proceed.

7. Insurance and Liability

We provide liability cover for the cost price of goods on your pallet up to a maximum of £5,000 per 1,000 kg. This cover is subject to the conditions of carriage set out by the Road Haulage Association (RHA). We are unable to offer insurance for personal possessions moved on pallets as part of a house removal.

Claims for damage must be reported in writing within 7 days of delivery.

8. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled collection time. Cancellations made after this point may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the total booking value.

9. Incorrect Declarations

If goods are incorrectly declared (wrong weight, dimensions, or contents), we reserve the right to recharge the difference in cost. Knowingly providing false declarations may result in the shipment being refused or held.
